OPEN Helsinki 2025 was a security industry event organised by Axis Communications and Milestone, bringing together industry professionals to explore the future of video surveillance and security technology.
Held at Hilton Kalastajatorppa, the event focused particularly on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital transformation and sustainability. The programme combined expert presentations with an exhibition area showcasing partner solutions, providing participants with current industry insights and networking opportunities.

Axis needed a partner to deliver the full technical production for OPEN Helsinki 2025 in the venue’s Round Hall and other event spaces.
SceneArts had already been involved in the previous edition, so the familiar team and well-established collaboration made it a natural and easy choice again. The main focus was on the stage screen and visual solutions, clear sound for presentations, and lighting that supported both the programme and the evening networking.
Our delivery included:
Main hall stage setup with a curved 7 × 2 m LED screen and two supporting 55” displays
5 × 2 m × 30 cm black-carpeted speaker stage
Black backdrop behind the stage and screens
Front lighting for the stage and colour lighting across different spaces
Sound system and wireless microphones
Separate DJ sound system in the exhibition area
Presentation technology for presentations, video and other content playback
Courteous technical crew
